What To Expect…

Our Sunday morning gatherings begin at 10:00 am

Whatever your background, especially if this is your first visit, we want you to feel comfortable. Upon arrival, you will receive a bulletin explaining what you can expect during our gathering.

First Things First

One of the first things you’ll want to do when you arrive is make your way to our coffee, tea and snacks bar and you will be on your way to enjoying some tasty snacks and complimentary coffee. You are welcome to bring a cup into the auditorium. You’ll also see that everyone is dressed casually.

What About My Children?

If you have children ages 0-8 years our greeters will provide you with a Children’s Classroom Map and Information sheet. Children aged 9-12 join their parents in the auditorium for worship and then go to their classroom during announcements. Youth grades 6-12 join the adults for the entire gathering. We have a great nursery and children’s ministry and encourage you to have your child take part. You are also welcome to have your child of any age join you in the auditorium.

What happens on a typical Sunday?

We begin our gathering with worship. During our time of worship we’ll take up an offering and afterwards mention a few announcements. Usually Cody, our Pastor, will then give a message. The message lasts somewhere around 30 minutes. After the message we worship a little longer and give people a chance to have someone on our prayer team pray with them if they’d like. Then we spend a little more time hanging out together over coffee.

During your visit please make sure to pick up a guest bag from the Guest table.

Connect to Others [C²O]
To love and be loved, to be supported, revitalized and challenged, to get acquainted or build lifelong friendships — there’s nothing better than connecting with others. Some call them small groups, home groups or cell groups. We like to call them connect groups. It’s natural and not churchy. Whatever you call them, the important thing is that you get connected. You’ll never be the same.

Connect to Ministry [C²M]

The Church functions when people serve. We are called to have a servant’s heart and engage in purposeful ministries. At The Springs Church there are multitudes of opportunities for you to get connected to ministry. Within the church, we have teams that serve children, youth, and young adults. We have music ministry, ushers, greeters and media teams. Outside the four walls of the church, we have outreach teams that serve the poor, visit the sick and the elderly and much more. Getting connected to ministry may be one of the best experiences you’ll ever have.

Connect to the World [C²W]
We take the Great Commission seriously. Jesus called us to make disciples and that is our heart, passion and commitment. We believe that building relationships with those who don’t know Jesus is vital to fulfilling His Commission. Our city may seem like it’s full of churches and that almost everyone is already a Christian, but the truth is our city is highly unchurched. In other words, the need is clear and there is no better time than now to connect to the world in a way that draws people to Jesus. God is on the move in our city and in our church.
